A Practice That Develops Over Time
Tai Chi is learned progressively. As familiarity with the movements develops, the practice can become increasingly concerned with relaxation, balance, alignment, connected movement and the subtler internal principles underlying the form. Whether you choose group classes or private tuition, the aim is to provide a clear path for developing your practice at an appropriate pace.
