Book Your Tai Chi Classes in Lewes
Structured group training, partner work, and private sessions
Tai Chi is a practice of balance, awareness, and steady movement. Classes are taught in a calm, structured way, with time to settle, learn, and build confidence step by step.
All group classes are held at the Lewes Subud Centre, Talbot Terrace (BN7 2DS).
There is a clear training pathway.
New students begin at Kickstarter Tai Chi - Beginners (KS1) when an intake is open, then progress into KS2, before moving on to Intermediate training and partner work as their practice develops.

🌱 Kickstarter Tai Chi – Beginners / KS1 (New Students)
The structured entry level for new students
Kickstarter Tai Chi Beginners / KS1 is the starting point for people new to Tai Chi.
Classes are taught step by step in a small group, with an emphasis on calm, accuracy, and clear foundations rather than performance. No flexibility, fitness, or prior experience is required.
Training introduces the fundamentals of posture, balance, coordination, and relaxation through the traditional 37-step Tai Chi form.
How KS1 works
KS1 runs in term blocks
Booked as a block only (no drop-ins)
Designed specifically for new students
